Corporate Brands raised $9.9 million. The coalition wants to postpone the implementation of the law, which is set to begin on January 1. 

The opposition will collect millions of signatures for the referendum. Several individual franchisees of the burger chain paid thousands of dollars each separately.

The restaurant companies declined to comment. The law will apply to more than 100 locations of fast food restaurants nationwide.
